Refund Policy

Our website considers the protection of consumer rights one of its most important principles. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible.

Our return procedure is designed to provide a smooth shopping experience while protecting your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Return Conditions

  • You have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance sales contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you or a third party designated by you receives the product, without providing any reason or paying a penalty.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing or through a permanent data storage medium, such as email, before the withdrawal period expires.

  • You may submit your withdrawal request through www.objectornotobject.com or by emailing hello@objectornotobject.com.

  • Unless we offer to collect the product, you must return it within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

  • Products should be returned with their accessories and packaging, where applicable. Opening the packaging or inspecting a product does not, by itself, eliminate your statutory right of withdrawal.

  • You are not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from using the product in accordance with its functioning, technical specifications and instructions during the withdrawal period. Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain applicable.

  • If a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the contract, your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain reserved, independently of the right of withdrawal.

Return Shipping and Address

You may return the product through the shipping company specified in the pre-contractual information. We recommend including your order number and, where available, a copy of your invoice to help us identify and process the return.

  • If you return a product through the shipping company specified in the pre-contractual information, you will not be charged return shipping costs.

  • If no return shipping company was specified in the pre-contractual information, you may return the product through a shipping company of your choice without being charged return shipping costs.

  • If the specified shipping company does not have a branch in your location, we will arrange collection of the product without additional cost to you, in accordance with applicable legislation.

  • If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the applicable return shipping costs will be covered by our company in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

Products Damaged During Shipping

We recommend checking your package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage that may have occurred during shipment, you may request a damage report from the shipping company and contact us.

However, accepting delivery of the product or failing to obtain a damage report does not eliminate your statutory rights.

Our company remains responsible for loss or damage occurring before delivery to you or a third party designated by you, subject to the exceptions provided under applicable legislation.

Refunds

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments collected, including applicable original delivery costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you hand the product over to the shipping company specified in the pre-contractual information.

If you use a different shipping company, the refund period begins on the date the returned product reaches us.

If you withdraw before the product has been delivered, or from an eligible service contract, the refund period begins when we receive your withdrawal notification.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, without imposing additional fees or obligations on you.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for goods or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in financial markets beyond the seller's control.

  • Contracts for goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's specific requests or personal needs.

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or expire.

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective packaging, seals or similar protective elements have been opened after delivery, where the goods are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

  • Contracts for goods that become inseparably mixed with other products after delivery due to their nature.

  • Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables supplied on physical media where protective packaging or seals have been opened after delivery.

  • Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines and other periodicals, except those supplied under subscription agreements.

  • Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, provision of food and beverages, and leisure or entertainment activities that are scheduled to take place on a specific date or during a specific period.

  • Contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

  • Contracts for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires.

These exceptions do not eliminate any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including rights relating to defective goods or services.
